The hotel is rated 3 stars, but Hikmet's service was 5-star. He's incredibly kind-hearted and goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable. He even anticipates what I need before I ask, which makes everything feel seamless. His warmth and attentiveness really stand out. I highly recommend the hotel for its service.

The rooms aren't very large, but they're comfortable and had everything we needed. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed every day. Breakfast was good and healthy, with traditional Turkish salami and pastries. The staff were all polite, smiling, friendly, and helpful. They speak English, and our restaurant waiter Hikmet speaks Bulgarian. It's a mid-range hotel in the centre, about a 1.5 km walk from Orion shopping centre.

We lacked nothing in the rooms, which were very clean and well maintained. The staff were great, and some of them speak Bulgarian. Hikmet looked after us in the restaurant and was a very kind person, like everyone else there. The location is good. We recommend this wonderful hotel.

We were very impressed with our stay. The room was tidy and very clean, with lots of useful little touches. The beds were comfortable and moderately firm, the balcony was a bonus, and the WiFi worked wonderfully. Parking was monitored. Breakfast was included, with an assortment of cheeses, olives, spreads, and jams. We arrived late and ordered a great dinner, which came quickly with a complimentary plate of delicious seasonal fruit. The staff were friendly and polite, and made the experience special.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything. A guy outside the hotel helped me park my car. The room was comfortable and very nice, and the price and service felt like a high-level hotel. I'll stay here again if I come back.
