Breakfast was the best part, with a wide choice of food and omelets made to order. Our room was some distance from the restaurant, which helped since loud music carried on until at least 1:30am. The hotel's location wasn't far from the airport, and the room itself was clean, though it could have used more vacuuming because there were lots of dead flies. The shower was the biggest hassle. The hot and cold settings seemed reversed, and the fitting felt so delicate that I worried it might break whenever I touched it. The mini-fridge was empty, which seemed pointless when the entrance notice said outside food wasn't allowed. They also offered room service but had no menu in the room or online, so I had to guess whether they could make what I wanted. I tried the Turkish bath and massage. The bath was good, but no one checked whether I wanted a relaxing or deep tissue massage. I got the deep tissue one, my back hurt more afterward, and even after I asked the masseuse to ease up, she continued harshly. One receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming, while the male receptionist was polite and very friendly. For the price, it wasn't bad.

I was there from 27th Sept to 3rd of oct 2025, and the restaurants were a real highlight. I had lunch and dinner every day, both at the rooftop and underground restaurants, and the food was very tasty. Thanks to the chef, and to the staff in both places, who were amazing. Everyone at the hotel was nice and professional, and they all put in a lot of effort. The hotel and my room were very clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the breakfast had a good selection. Room service was available 24 hours. The hotel is very new. My only suggestion is to add a few more signs in English and have more staff who speak it. Only a few could, but we still managed to communicate well. Highly recommended 💫👍

I came mainly for the sauna and hamam. The price is reasonable, and the place is very clean. Towels and slippers are provided, there’s shower gel and conditioner in the showers, and the changing rooms have lockers with keys. You can relax in the lounge with mineral water. The staff are friendly.

This was my first trip to Turkey, and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s near the airport with good transport links, though it’s not the right place if your main plan is a beach holiday.

I spent an afternoon by the pool and really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was one of the most varied and complete I've come across, and the bed was so comfortable I wish mine at home were the same. I stayed at the Ramada for two nights. It's new, clean, and modern, with friendly, helpful staff. There are at least three good restaurants within walking distance if you want to go out. I'd happily stay here again.
