The location made it easy to get around nearby attractions, and the concierge gave me useful suggestions for sightseeing. I also loved the range of facilities, especially the peaceful pool area, where I could relax in the sun with drinks and snacks brought by attentive staff. Meals were a highlight too, from the breakfast buffet to dinner. The chefs offered a variety of flavors, and I enjoyed every meal. My room felt like a retreat, with lovely views, careful cleaning, all the amenities I needed, and a plush bed. Waking to the gentle sound of waves was a treat. The modern, elegant decor created a luxurious, soothing feel throughout the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and excellent service. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made me feel valued from start to finish. Paradise Island Hotel really lived up to its name for me. With its lovely setting, amenities, and service, it exceeded what I expected. I'd love to return.

I felt right at home here and plan to visit again. The beach is nicely set up, and the hotel is kept very clean. The food tasted great, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were attractively decorated. Everyone on staff was friendly.

Breakfast was a pleasure, especially the fruit, salad, and bread. The manager and reception team were kind and welcoming, and the cleaning staff kept hygiene standards high to help prevent Coronavirus infection. We felt safe and could relax.

The food at the restaurant was actually very good, and the location is nice with great rates. My room had a TV that didn't work, along with broken light switches and fittings. The rooms overall aren't great quality, but I suppose it's decent value for the money.
