The breakfast was excellent and the service was good, but an incident during my stay from March 28, 2026 to March 31, 2026 left me shocked. I was asleep around 16:03, not dressed to receive anyone and hoping to rest, when someone knocked. I didn't answer, but they opened the door anyway, then said they were housekeeping and needed to clean. Is room cleaning compulsory? Does this come from a Turkish rule or an international one? I've never had this happen in any hotel anywhere. Is it normal to open a guest's room like that?

The staff were especially attentive, and Mrs Pelin helped our group a lot during the stay. We came to Turkey on a pilgrimage, 53 people in all, and stayed here for two nights, August 8-10, 2024. The hotel was spotless, with roomy bedrooms and a generous, varied breakfast upstairs, where the view of Hatay was beautiful. For me, this is the best hotel in Hatay. I highly recommend it, and if I come back, I'd choose it again without hesitation.

ONUR deserves a special thank you, he was such a great man. The staff were professionally kind whenever we needed them, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The hotel is elegant, nicely furnished, and very well placed, close to the city centre. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, served in a lovely setting to get the day started in Hatay. I honestly can't think of a better place to stay there. It's an experience I'd sincerely wish for anyone.
