You’re right in the forest here. The staff are nice and helpful, and the food is very good. Rooms are okay. The Unimog tour was interesting, but don’t sit in the cabin.

The peaceful atmosphere was the one bright spot, and the rooms weren’t too bad. The food was good, and the restaurant had a high rating. Still, I didn’t feel the hotel was worth the price. The area seemed abandoned and poorly maintained, and almost everything was old and hadn’t been updated. There were no activities such as billiards, which was disappointing. The bar by the pool was dirty. Our tent zipper was broken, one lamp didn’t work, and the sink drain was clogged.

Ilknur’s care and hospitality stood out most. She treated everyone with such respect and warmth, from our infant son to my grandpa, and all the staff made us feel at home. The food, setting, room, and staff were all amazing. It’s a unique place in nature, like a five-star resort, with lots of activities for couples and families, and a lovely chance to unwind and enjoy nature. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back. Five stars, definitely recommend.

We had the best lunch. The team were supportive and smiling, and Ilknur especially made everything we asked for quick and easy.
