We were very happy with our stay here as a family with two kids. The bungalow was brand new, and the rooms were clean and really comfortable. The owners and staff were friendly and cheerful, and we had no problems or disappointments. It's very close to the beach and a good choice if you're planning a visit to Demre. Marti Cafe Bistro is about a three-minute walk away. Breakfast is served there, and you can also get lunch and dinner. The food was fresh, made by what we thought was the best chef, and the service was great. I've attached the menu. Don't be put off by any bad reviews.

We were driving around Demre in heavy storms looking for somewhere to stay, and Marti bungalow turned out to be a lovely surprise. The rooms were new, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was huge and absolutely delicious. They even brought a sandwich for someone who couldn't make it to breakfast. Great hospitality, and I'd recommend the place to anyone.

We reached Demre late at night after driving from Kalkan, and my wife found Martini Bungalow through Google. Everything inside was new, as the place had opened in July. Our bungalow had a living room with a sofa and a separate master bedroom, along with a TV, air conditioning, and a fridge. The bathroom, towels, and bedsheets were all fresh, clean, and new. We had a very good dinner at Marti restaurant across the road, then a wonderful breakfast included in the price. Mustafa, the hotel owner, and both the restaurant and hotel staff were open-minded, caring people. We sat talking about all sorts of things over the enormous cups of Turkish tea and coffee Mustafa bei kindly brought us. The restaurant's seaside view was lovely, and Demre didn't have many tourists around.

A great stop if you're traveling to Kas. The fish was fresh, the staff were very kind, the beach view was amazing, and the prices felt quite reasonable. A really good experience.
