Yakup and Selma made me feel cared for, always checking that I was comfortable and had what I needed. My room on the 3rd floor had climate control and a lovely private balcony, with coffee and tea available free throughout the day. Breakfast was served in the hotel lobby in a family style that felt culturally appropriate. Avsa is a wonderful place, and the Ayata is the best hotel to stay in. Leaving felt like saying goodbye to family. 😪

I’d feel completely at ease choosing Ayata Hotel if I were looking for a place to stay in Avşa. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the appliances all work properly, and the balconies are roomy and airy. Best of all, noise from neighboring rooms wasn’t a problem. It’s a friendly family-run place, and the staff are helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Ahmet Bey for his care and attention.

Ahmet and his wife Güneş were especially lovely, thank you both. This family-run hotel welcomed us with so much warmth and smiling faces. The rooms were spotless and the food was fantastic. If you’re planning a holiday, this is definitely the hotel I’d choose.

For our short getaway, ayata otel made us happy in every way. We especially appreciated the breakfast and the sincere, family-like atmosphere. We got in touch with Ahmet bey and his wife güneş hanım through someone we know, and I’d like to thank them in particular. Hope to see you another time.
