Motel Lavanda Mini-hotel

We spent seven nights here as a family and were very pleased. The quiet location made our holiday more special, as did having breakfast on the terrace and watching matches in the evenings. Ms. Aysu and Mr. Orkun were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. I definitely recommend it for a peaceful, enjoyable holiday. See you again soon. 🌸🌟

For three people and three nights, we paid 10,000 TL with breakfast included. The rooms had plates, pots, and kettles, plus everything else we needed. Ms. Aysu brought plates and appetizers at breakfast, which we appreciated. The rooms were in adequate condition and clean enough, and the price felt fair for what we got.

The sea is only a five-minute walk away, and the rooms are clean. It’s easy to get around on foot from this charming property. I stayed three nights in July 2025, and the Avşa Island pier is a 15-minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend it for a lovely, peaceful holiday.

I’ve stayed at Işık Apart for years, but this was my last time. For 19 days, the staff treated us unpleasantly. They kept insisting my boyfriend was staying in our room even though he had a house there with his family. That tiny room would barely fit four girls as it was. The apartment was old and missing things, and we were left dealing with problems like the toilet flush and clothes hanger ourselves. When we raised them, they only helped reluctantly. The pricing was dishonest too. They said prices would go up if we didn’t quickly pay a deposit, claiming there were no rooms left. But when they heard my sisters were coming, they behaved as if that conversation had never happened. Their attitude changed again when my sisters decided not to stay there. There’s more I could say. Avşa is beautiful, and I recommend the sea, air, and atmosphere, but I strongly advise against this apartment.
