Yürekli Hotel Avşa was very clean, and the rooms met all my expectations for hygiene. Its central location is handy, close to both the beach and shopping areas. Breakfast tasted good and had enough variety, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would confidently recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, hassle-free visit. My stay at Yürekli Hotel Avşa left me highly satisfied. The property was kept clean, and the rooms met my hygiene expectations. With the beach and local shops nearby, its central location is a real advantage. Breakfast was tasty and offered enough choice. The staff were also very hospitable and polite. I'd confidently recommend it for a comfortable stay without hassles.

My three female friends and I had a lot of accommodation problems during our vacation. There wasn't enough toilet paper or water in the cupboard. At breakfast, we found hair in the flatbread and sediment in the tea, but they responded arrogantly and made no effort to compensate us. The sheets were stained, and the room was unhygienic. We went because of the good reviews, so don't be fooled by them. It was awful, and if you want to feel humiliated for your money, that's your choice. May every penny we paid be cursed. I've updated this review because the owner defended himself by asking why he'd extended his vacation. He should also have said how many times he called ETS Tur to cancel, and that he had to stay because the booking couldn't be cancelled. He can defend himself all he wants, but he knows very well how he treated us. I've never experienced such terrible service at a hotel.

Breakfast was another problem: there was hair and other foreign material in the food, and sediment in the tea. When we brought it up, nobody apologized or offered any compensation. The response was arrogant and disrespectful. The room itself was dirty, with stained linens and no real sense of hygiene. There was just one roll of toilet paper and no spare. Customer service and cleanliness were both completely lacking. We couldn't cancel because the booking was non-cancellable, and it felt like the hotel knew about its shortcomings. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. We were stuck there, and every penny we paid felt wasted. Stay away if you don't want your vacation ruined.
