I chose this hotel for a business trip to Denizli in July, and I’m glad I did. The location is great, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything felt professional. It’s good value, with a solid standard that made me feel at home right away. I’m looking forward to being back soon. Tesekür ederim guys!

The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly. My room was spacious and clean, with a smart TV. A great experience.

We stayed for one night while passing through Denizli. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The heater worked well, and an extra blanket was available. I also appreciated having a tea kettle in the room. Breakfast buffet was very nice too.

I’d originally left only a low rating and moved on, but the hotel’s reply saying, “we don’t have such a customer, respect our work,” made me feel I had to explain what happened. I booked in advance and told them specifically that I’d arrive late. We confirmed the price by SMS. When I got there at around 2:00 AM, reception spoke with another employee and then told me, “this is our price,” asking for more than the SMS price. I had no other option at that hour, so I had to pay. I can provide the SMS messages and payment slip if needed. The room was also well below what I expected. It was stuffy, and the bed looked like it had been put together haphazardly. My stay didn’t match what the reviews described or suggested. The hotel’s response is why I’m sharing the details now.
