The food, cleanliness and entertainment for my son were all well organised and enjoyable, and the location was ideal for us because it was near our family home. The property itself was impressive, and the reviews had been strong, so I chose the hotel deliberately. In some ways it lived up to what I expected, but our stay was shaped more by its service problems. Arriving was chaotic. Check-in and valet felt disorganised and unwelcoming for a resort of this level. It seemed noticeably understaffed compared with other places we've stayed, and that carried into the rest of our experience. We didn't feel there was a real service-minded approach. Simple requests kept getting forgotten: asking for tea or something else after dinner, or requesting a buggy, didn't get results. Maybe we're used to a higher level of hospitality from our stays in Asia, but I think basic requests should be handled promptly without needing reminders. Small details like these show how mature a hotel is, and this resort has real room to improve. It has beautiful facilities, good food and a strong location, but the service needs to catch up with the setting before it can deliver the world-class experience it seems to aim for.

Everything was spotless and so well maintained throughout the hotel, and every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff made us feel comfortable from the beginning, always welcoming and happy to help. Cagdas and Emir were especially friendly. The service was outstanding. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back!

We spent four days here as a family and loved every moment. The grounds are expansive and thoughtfully laid out, with several pools and soft play, and there were lovely views for us adults and plenty to keep the children busy. Food and drinks were available all the time, with a wide selection. The kids club was a big help, with loads of activities, from arts and crafts to mini disco. The children were entertained, and the staff were attentive and kind. Special thanks to Ozge for being so lovely. The facilities and staff made our stay amazing, and we'd definitely return.

The resort feels peaceful and open from the moment you arrive. Its well-designed lobby and shared spaces create a relaxed feeling, and the attention to detail shows throughout. We came in pre-season, when it wasn't always warm enough to swim outdoors. The outdoor pools are usually unheated, but both the community area and family area had heated pools at a comfortable temperature of around 30°C. There's also a large indoor pool with floor-to-ceiling glass, a good option on cool or cloudy days. The food was excellent. The buffet had a broad selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, including lighter and vegetarian choices. Three à la carte restaurants, Turkish, international and Asian, served great food with attentive service in a more refined setting. The lunchtime à la carte choices with sea views were a highlight. A lovely patisserie opened daily for fresh pastries, coffee and tea, and the spa, sauna and quiet relaxation areas made it easy to slow down. Families will find plenty to do. Baristar, the kids club, was very well organised and open daily from 10:00 to 23:00. Ömer, Fatma, Noor, Elif and Özge were wonderful entertainers who looked after the children so well. Activities included arts and crafts, painting, sculpting, games, creative workshops and making necklaces. There was even a small funfair with a caterpillar train, bumper cars and carousel. In the evenings, live entertainment in the lobby gave the day a lively but relaxed finish. The balance between activity and relaxation worked well for us. It has all the facilities of a luxury resort without feeling crowded or overwhelming. We had a very positive stay and would definitely return. It felt like a place to unwind and enjoy things at our own pace, not just somewhere to sleep.
