Please don’t pick this place. There’s no elevator, no air conditioning, no TV remote, and not even basic slippers in the room, yet the price is outrageous. The bathroom and toilet are awful, and the toilets aren’t secured to the floor, so I nearly fell. Breakfast was disgusting. At the bar, staff handle the olives with bare hands, and there’s nobody around to help you. Basically, they have nothing.

For what you pay, the place is acceptable, though breakfast could be better. We’d booked four nights and paid in full when we arrived, but after three nights my four-year-old son got a fever. The next morning it was high and he vomited. I picked up fever medicine at the emergency pharmacy, then told the staff around 9:00 AM that we wanted to leave and asked for one night’s money back. They said the agreement didn’t allow a refund. Please keep a close eye on your children and try not to let them get sick.

What a mess. There’s barely any staff, nothing gets cleaned, the food is awful, and the toilets are disgusting. They don’t even provide drinking water between meals. Then they tell you outside food isn’t allowed. Customer satisfaction is zero, and it wasn’t worth what I paid. I’m never going back.

Food was average and the cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathrooms need work. The water tastes salty, the drains smell bad, and without a shower enclosure, water ends up splashing into the toilet no matter how carefully you try to avoid it. It’s irritating. The place also feels short on management and friendliness. Fix those issues and bring in some fresh staff, and the business could feel more lively. I don’t agree with the idea that people should put up with poor service just because it’s near the sea. Guests are paying and expect service.
