Seahorse Deluxe Apart Hotel

Love Holidays online advertised a cocktail bar, snack bar, restaurant, maid service, and a kettle and hairdryer in the room, but none of it was there. It was all shut down. The bathroom was damp, and nobody spoke English. I couldn't get hold of them to complain either. I won't book with them again. They need to update their hotel details instead of lying about the accommodation, but it seems all they care about is getting your money.

We booked all inclusive, but when we arrived they told us we weren't staying at that hotel because it had recently switched to self catering. Nobody had tried to contact us. They'd moved us to a VERY LOW 2* hotel without telling us, then left us waiting outside in the heat for an hour in mid July until someone came to pick us up. We looked into the outside toilets, but they were filthy, with dead bugs and toilet roll everywhere, so we waited until we reached the next hotel. A dreadful experience!

We didn't even last 12 hours before leaving for another hotel. I was staying with my girlfriend at the time, and the place was an absolute disgrace. The reception staff were rude, the cleaning staff were thieves, and the rooms were in a terrible state, with electrical wires hanging out of junction boxes. The food was disgusting, and there wasn't a bar, just warm cans of Coke. I can't understand how this hotel has one star, let alone three. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking and gone somewhere else. Don't stay here.

The building felt unsafe, with dirty rooms, cracked windows, doors without locks, and stairs coming away from the wall. Staff offered to move us to a better room for 100 pounds each, but we were so upset that we left and went to the burak hotel in Ataturk bulavard. They treated us well, and it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, bars, and entertainment nearby. Don't let this place put you off the area, just stay away from this hotel.
