The Beach Hotel

Right on the beachfront, the location is amazing. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to help 😊 The breakfast and food at the restaurant next door were amazing too. Highly recommend staying here.

After Eser Apart Hotel took £300 for two weeks and left me with no hot water, heating, bed linen, towels, or flushing toilet in a really cold place, the Beach Hotel came to my rescue. The owner and staff were top class.

The balcony view is lovely and the hotel is right on the beachfront. The AC worked well, and the beds and towels were clean. Those were the good parts. The room looked nothing like the online photos: the room and balcony were dirty, the toilet bin had no lid, the sink was dirty and kept smelling, and the fridge was broken and smelled inside. They argued with us because my son wrote a review before we left. The staff may be friendly, but when I asked for the room to be cleaned three days later, they kept putting it off with 'tomorrow, tomorrow' and only did it when I insisted. Breakfast was standard, while extras like water, fried eggs, menemen, and french fries cost more. When I complained, despite the 16,000 TL total, they were rude and said they couldn't provide five-star service and that this was what our money paid for. They also deny what was agreed on the phone when I booked, and the person running the hotel doesn't stand by their word. I had already sent 6,000 TL in advance, otherwise I definitely wouldn't have stayed. I absolutely don't recommend it.

Waking up to the sea right outside the room is a feast for the eyes and soul. The rooms face straight onto the ocean, and the view is incredible, unlike any other hotel. It's right on the beach and centrally located, so there's plenty to do. Breakfast is tasty, and the service is friendly and flexible. Families with children are very welcome, which I especially love. The price is reasonable too. What more could you ask for? ❤
