We went for Sunday breakfast, and since they let the public in, it was really crowded. The buffet was self-service, and the lights in that area were so dim it felt like they were hiding the dirt. I saw hair in a dessert and cucumber and tomato slices on the floor. They were burning around 6-8 ground coffees to keep flies away, which left things really sooty inside and outside. The area was messy and full of flies, and the main toilets had wet, muddy floors. The toilet hall doors were those double swinging kind you have to touch. If you stay here, you may find all the public in the shared areas, including the pool, bothersome. I guess it’s a good budget facility overall.

The setting is very nice, and I’d recommend it for families with children of any age. The one issue I noticed was that they cleared the breakfast buffet pretty early, around 12. A good place for Sunday breakfast.

It seems like a place for people with horses. We stayed three nights, and the staff seemed off somehow. I got the feeling they didn’t care much about customers. There was no WiFi, pool, breakfast, or room service. At first I was a bit disappointed, but then they made a good breakfast.

If you want to ride horses, don’t come here. They persuaded me to pay extra for a “nicer horse” and a lesson, but in the end I got neither. He asked whether I could ride and said he’d give me a good horse. The horse I got was skinny and nothing special. The horse was lovely and wasn’t at fault, though it was only 4 years old. The trainer was arrogant and rude, and didn’t give me a lesson, just stood there watching. If I had to pay half again as much for a good horse, I wonder what the others are like. Really disappointing. They act like experts who know everything, but they’re unprofessional, and it’s sad they try to get money from people by lying. A place this luxurious and beautiful should have real professionals.
