We found the rooms clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly. The hotel has its own parking, too. It’s close to Selimyie mosque and about a 7-8 minute walk from the old center. Highly recommend it.

The location is great, though it was very noisy.

The breakfast is the main letdown. It’s modest, and the Turkish breakfast variety we’d had elsewhere was missing: no fruit, just cucumber, tomato and parsley for vegetables, two kinds of olives and bread, and limited protein. At 8:40, with breakfast served until 10, only two or three boiled eggs were left. There was one white and one yellow cheese, one salami, packaged jam, honey, tahini and butter, plus Nescafé with powdered milk, plenty of chai and water from the cooler. You won’t go hungry, but if you want a fuller spread or a traditional Turkish breakfast with your family, you might prefer another place or one of Edirne’s breakfast salons. We’ve had better breakfasts for the same or less elsewhere, and even some seasonal fruit would help. Otherwise, it’s good value. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms and common areas were clean. The rooms were soundproof enough that we didn’t hear other guests or hallway noise at night. Tea, Nescafé and water in the room were handy, and there’s free parking beside this small boutique hotel. It’s easy to find on maps and well placed for walking downtown. Driving to places in other parts of town, like Margi Outlet or Karaagac, could be difficult at busy weekend times. The breakfast room is on the top floor and has great views of Edirne.

A really good choice in the heart of Edirne. It’s inexpensive, with free parking, friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast with a lovely city view. The hotel is clean, too.
