We had no trouble checking in or out, and they provided the crib we needed. The hotel is very good by Edirne standards, with relatively clean rooms and a good typical Turkish breakfast. Street parking was available, and it’s a five-minute walk to the central Bazaar.

The room was a little small and triangular rather than the usual rectangular shape, which is my only minor reservation. It was clean and had central heating or cooling. The hotel is right in central Edirne, so you can walk to the narrow central shopping streets, and parking for guests is free. The staff were friendly and the service was very good. I recommend it without hesitation.

The hot water issue was the biggest letdown. There was hot water at the sink, but not in the shower, and reception said there was a problem after the technician had already left. Maybe other rooms are different, but this made mine uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the bed linen wasn’t okay, and there was constant shouting and very loud hallway noise in the afternoon. On arrival, the receptionists were very nice and gave us a double bed instead of the two singles in our reservation. The room looked okay at first, with towels and slippers provided, and I liked the smart TV. I’d booked through Booking.com.

The room was extremely small and very dirty, and the place needs maintenance. There was no parking, and breakfast was poor. The worst hotel ever.
