Adramis Termal Hotel

We had booked three nights but checked out the next morning. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mould and was broken, and the door was damaged and hard to use. We even found a cherry stone on the carpet that wasn’t ours 😖. The room also wasn’t the one shown on the hotel homepage and booked through its own website. When I raised this with reception, they said the room photos were old and didn’t match reality. That’s bad information for a hotel to give. I was worried about my health in that room, and didn’t trust the promise that we’d get a better, cleaner one the next morning, so I left. I was shocked by what I saw in the restaurant and on the floors: most guests and waitresses weren’t wearing masks. Many of the waitresses wore them below their noses, which is unacceptable.

There’s not much around this part of the city, so it works well for a short visit. The hotel isn’t very big, but the welcome felt warm from check-in. They also put on a buffet dinner for guests every day, and there’s a large banquet area in the garden behind the hotel.

The staff were nice, the indoor hot pool was clean, and there’s also an outdoor cool pool. The massage therapists were good, too. It’s a little worn with age, but otherwise very good value, with day spa access at a modest price.

I really enjoyed the renovated changing rooms and the clean thermal and cold-water pools. They’re excellent for both day visitors and hotel guests.
