I only stayed because I couldn't find anywhere else for the night, and honestly, the street would have been better. This was the worst place I've ever seen, like a huge barn. The water barely trickled out and was cold. The TV was an old tube set, there was no hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, or anything else. The air conditioner didn't do its job. The beds were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. When I lifted the duvet, dirt flew into my face. The bathroom had no flush, and its door wouldn't even close. The place was moldy throughout. There was a couple working there, and the wife was a little more humane than the husband. I don't understand how the government doesn't inspect it. Orkun Işıtmak, the YouTuber who visits the dirtiest hotels, should make this his number one spot.

I arrived late because I had no other option, but could barely wait until morning and left in a hurry. I couldn't sleep, and just thinking about the place depresses me. The beds were broken and sagged in the middle, so you couldn't get up without help, and the headboards were rotten. The refrigerator smelled unbelievably disgusting. The kitchen table belonged in the trash, and even the municipality would fine you for dumping it. The bathroom door latch was so bad it would insult a cow in a barn. It's no different from a barn, the worst place I've ever seen. Isn't anyone inspecting these places? It's a crime against humanity. I've filed the necessary complaints so nobody else has to see the disgusting things I did.

The relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff at this family-run hotel made me feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay in Akçay, Balıkesir, especially with the sea and promenade so close by. Being near markets was handy too. Thanks for everything, I'll definitely stay here again!

The owners are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and good value for money. It's a small family-run place, within walking distance of both the sea and town center. The rooms are a bit small and basic, so keep expectations modest.

The place is very close to the center, and the staff and owner were friendly. It was clean, but the beds were really old, there was no TV, and the hot water was only lukewarm.
