We were dealing with a stressful situation that had nothing to do with the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They made us feel welcome, were very friendly, and paid close attention to our special requests. The rooms were spotless and the food was great. Every staff member greeted us with a warm, heartwarming smile. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. I hope I can come back one day. Highly recommended!

The location worked well for me, about 12 minutes from the airport and close to city transport. The staff were helpful and smiley, and my room was clean, tidy, and quiet. Breakfast was somewhere in the middle, neither good nor bad. The sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath were clean and good.

My stay was very disappointing, and I don't think this place deserves four stars. It looks the part at first, but there were problems everywhere once I looked closer. The staff were poor, shy, or unwilling to speak English. At breakfast, some plates and cups were dirty or hadn't been cleaned properly, and I couldn't tell whether the staff hadn't noticed or didn't want to notice. The room looked nice too, but was quite small. All four pillows felt heavily used and uncomfortable. There was a dirty note on the nightstand about choosing from a pillow menu, which seemed like a joke. I had to make the bed myself. There was only a thin sheet, with no blanket anywhere in the room. The bathroom had an oddly angled toilet that made it hard to sit straight, and the water pressure and temperature kept changing in the shower. My window looked onto a neighboring electronics shop just 2 meters away, so there was no view. The hotel is also far from everything, which I wasn't happy about.

The hotel wasn't bad by my standards, but I ended up switching after just one night, even though I was meant to stay 20 days. My main issue was the noise from windows that wouldn't close fully, and the mattress sagged. Breakfast was average. For the same price, you can find better hotels in Elazig. If noise and a comfortable mattress aren't concerns for you, though, it's not a bad hotel.
