Bros Otel

I’ve been staying here on and off for 15 years, so I know it as a dependable place. It used to be called Abat Hotel and is now Bros Hotel, with a change in ownership along the way. The location in Erdemli is great, right on the main road and close to the sea. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. Merve Hanım is especially caring and friendly, and I’m grateful for how well she looks after guests. I recommend the hotel to my friends.

The building and everything in it felt very old, though I heard it was due to be renovated, so I hope that happens before I return to Mersin. The reason we stayed was Merve Göksal at reception. She was sweet, friendly, and really good at her job, and took such good care of us that we’d come back just for her. Thank you so much for everything, Ms. Merve. 🙏🥰🌹

Breakfast was shockingly inadequate, the bathrooms were dirty, and the bed was old. We picked this place because it was cheap and figured we only needed somewhere to sleep, but we regretted that choice. There was a camping area nearby, and I’d have been much more comfortable bringing my own tent. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The room, sheets, and towels were clean, and breakfast was more than enough, with plenty of little treats. The building is old-fashioned, but comfortable for what it is. We were there for almost two days, and both the reception team and the other staff were genuinely warm and friendly. Thanks for looking after us, and wishing you prosperity 🤗🌸
