I love the concept, and the location is great.

Awful.

The hotel’s location is excellent, but we came with high expectations and left disappointed. My wife and I had set aside the whole Eid al-Adha holiday for a trip, choosing it for its setting, beauty, and comfortable rooms. We wouldn’t choose it again. The beach is separate from the hotel and stony, so our feet hurt after swimming on the first day. That could have been fixed with a shovel, but it’s embarrassing that it wasn’t. In the first few days, we could have coffee there after meals without charge, but on the last day we were charged extra. Hotel guests also have to pay extra for anything they eat or drink at the beach, which feels unpleasant. There was no sound insulation in the rooms either. There were hygiene problems with the meals and breakfast, and breakfast especially seemed to lack attention to hygiene. In our room, towels and bedsheets had stains and other people’s hair on them. The room wasn’t cleaned after we went out, and our rubbish wasn’t collected during the stay. Is that their idea of cleanliness? As we left, someone asked if we were satisfied and said they hoped to see us again, but we didn’t even hear a polite word. We weren’t satisfied with the hotel.

I didn’t stay there, though the atmosphere seemed nice. The waiters and management handled things quite poorly. We waited around 30 minutes for drinks. Staff asked about our order three times, but what eventually arrived was still wrong. Their attitude was unpleasant too. They cleared our table before we’d finished our drinks and without asking. It felt like a very indifferent place, and I definitely don’t recommend it.
