Breakfast had a good range of options, and the price felt quite fair for the service. The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and spotless. We were traveling with our cat, and the staff were welcoming to both of us and made no fuss at all. Everyone was friendly, and we left very pleased. Thanks so much for everything.

The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main issues were the breakfast, which had limited choices and stale bread, and the air conditioning. Room 303 did not cool properly, and when we moved, we were given two single beds despite being a couple. I hope they sort out these shortcomings.

The hotel felt spacious, and we were greeted warmly at reception. Everyone was courteous and polite. We got a level of service here that you might not even find at a five-star hotel. Many thanks for everything.

The breakfast and reception staff were wonderful, and I want to thank them. The room itself was dirty, though. There was mold around the shower, and the bedspreads, pillowcases, and sheets were covered in hair. I even wondered when the floors had last been swept. :)
