The room felt spacious and had plenty of facilities. The hotel is about a kilometer from Erzincan miydan.

We got in at night and left early the next morning, so there was hardly any time to use the minibar. Before leaving, I checked that everything was still there. We hadn't taken or eaten anything from it, especially since we had our own food from A101 and migros😄. Still, we were told we'd taken minibar food, and I felt we were being accused of theft. We paid because we didn't have time to argue, and the receptionists spoke no English at all, which made the whole thing very unpleasant. I hope we don't come back.

The beds were terrible, the air conditioning didn't work, and although they promised to fix it, nothing was done. The staff couldn't speak even a word of English. It felt like they cared about money without providing service. A very bad hotel, I don't recommend it at all.

The price was excellent for what you get, and the staff were very nice, accommodating, and kept things clean. There was just one downside: they provided only one set of towels for two people.

We stayed as a family and enjoyed our stay.
