Dedepark Hotel

My rooms were spacious and kept clean the whole time. The staff were patient, friendly, and very accommodating. Special thanks to Göksal, Can, Berat, Hilal and Uğur for helping me for almost two weeks.

The location is just perfect, very close to central Eskişehir, and Dedepatk Hotel offers budget accommodation. It's one of the area's oldest hotels, and although it's being renovated, the rooms are still quite old. I'm tall, and the mirror was positioned for an average-height person, so I couldn't see myself in it. There were no non-smoking rooms available when I checked in, so I had to spend the night in a smoking room, which smelled a bit.

The price is reasonable, and compared with other hotels in the city, Dedepark is one of the better options for price and quality. The place was clean and comfortable, and reception were polite and smiling. Miss. Buse was especially kind, welcoming, and professional.

I found rooms listed as available on the booking apps, but the receptionist told me there were no rooms. Ten minutes later, my Turkish friend called to check, and the same receptionist said rooms were available. It felt like it might be racism. The customer service was unfriendly, and I wouldn't go there.
