Grande Arte Hotel

The location was perfect, and the room itself was nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. But breakfast ruined the stay. It was the worst I've had in Turkey: plates and cups were dirty, the bakery seemed to be from the day before, and the pancakes and omelette were inedible. Keep that in mind when booking.

The location is great, but the service was poor. You have to pay for every amenity, including parking, gym, pool, steam room, and sauna, and access is only for one hour at a time. Most staff didn't speak English, apart from one person in the restaurant, so communication was difficult. Our room was much smaller than what we'd paid for, and the thermostat didn't work because heating and air conditioning run on one system. It was boiling in there all night, so we slept with the window open even though it was 20° outside. The carpet was wet and musty. They only provide diluted soap in a bottle, no other toiletries. The hotel has potential, but its services need upgrading. I wouldn't stay again.

Madame mila, the manager, was especially helpful and great. The staff provide excellent service, and the hotel is right in the middle of the city. I love this place and definitely recommend it.

A lovely hotel with wonderful service. The staff are attentive, polite, and very professional. We'd happily come back and recommend it.
