A broken glass fell on a stove that was already scratched. There was no problem, but they charged me 900 lira for scratching it. Don’t be fooled by the reviews. They’re corporate companies, and you can’t even find anyone to talk to. They take your money and leave you hanging, and don’t even send an invoice for what they did. It feels like a legitimate scam. Don’t let places like this get away with it. There are lots of good places with good business ethics, and this could happen to you too.

I’m in a 1+0 room, and the apartment has all the infrastructure and amenities I need. The quality is above average, and the location is very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are dozens of places to eat within a short walk, with food for different tastes. Prices vary, and I think they’re reasonable. The property itself doesn’t offer food service. A couple of things have bothered me. Some guests leave their shoes in the hallway 😠. Cleaning the room costs extra, and the fee is astronomical 😲. I also asked for an item to be replaced, but several days have passed and it still hasn’t been done. I don’t know whether my request was passed on to management.

All the kitchen equipment you need is available, and the location and services are superb. You can also shop and take care of your needs at the markets right at the building entrance.
