I stayed at this hotel from 14.12.2025 to 19.12.2025, and the room and service were pathetic. Don't stay here in winter. They don't turn on the AC, and instead keep the room extremely hot with no way for you to control it. I've been reporting this since 14 Dec, but they haven't done anything. Last night it got so bad that my pressure went up because of the room conditions. Whenever I called, they said it would be activated in five minutes. I waited until 2.30 AM, then they tried changing my room, but all the rooms had the same problem. There isn't any maintenance staff at the hotel. Pathetic.

The hotel is in good condition and very centrally located. But when we got to the room, there was no toilet paper. We didn't have bottled water either, and you have to pay for it. Housekeeping could be better.

We’d travelled a long way, and the staff went out of their way to help us with something I’d left behind at the hotel. I’m so grateful for that. Great service, a lovely location, and a great hotel all around. We’ll definitely come back. You guys are the best.

The room had a view of the roundabout and statue, and breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, and the staff were really friendly. Being right in the city centre also meant we had shops, cafes, and restaurants close by.
