I’d give it zero if I could. Don’t trust the five-star reviews. Apparently, the owners’ friends are arranging the ratings. The place was dirty, greasy, cockroachy, and disgusting. Go to the hilton or merlot.

It’s quiet and clean, and worth trying, especially for a family looking to rent a mid-cost hotel apartment.

A nice place to stay in Eskisehir.

The staff were attentive, respectful, and friendly, and helped us with everything. I’d choose this place again. The price wasn’t especially low, but it felt fair for what we got. My one wish was to have at least a bottle of water in the room. We fainted during the night, and there wasn’t an open space, naturally, but apart from that I couldn’t find anything else to fault.
