The location worked really well, with restaurants, shops, and attractions close by. I especially appreciated the services. The room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. From check-in, the staff made us feel welcome and were accommodating. I was impressed by the experience and would gladly come back. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

We had breakfast included, but were charged 50 TL for coffee without anyone telling us coffee cost extra. Friends staying in another room ordered the same kind and weren’t charged, so the staff don’t seem clear on the rules. Who has breakfast without coffee? They also missed taking payment when we checked out, then called us 15 minutes after we’d left and we had to return to pay.

A good hotel, but the reception service was very unfair. My booking.com reservation was for 70 euro, yet the hotel charged 75 to my card. ;(

The rooms were nice and the hotel was clean. Reception and the lifts could use some upgrading.

The location is perfect for the university, and there are lots of places nearby to enjoy.
