Tasigo Eskisehir

The staff were consistently kind and seemed proud of their work, which matters a lot during a hotel stay. We've been coming to TASIGO hôtel Eskişehir for four years, and the care and service have stayed at the same high level every time. The building is striking, with its distinctive design, large atrium, and art throughout. My kids loved the indoor spa and kids club, and the spa was especially nice in the colder weather. The food at People restaurant and the breakfast buffet is always excellent; prices feel very reasonable for the quality, service, and refined atmosphere. The hotel sits among lush greenery, yet is only minutes from the historic district of Kuşunlu Cami, with its artisan shops and traditional cafes and restaurants, and from the famous OMM modern museum. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to Eskişehir.

We were there for one night and everything was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Cem, thank you. Breakfast was really good, and the spa was comfortable, clean, and very nice. The thermal water was good too. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

The pool and its view are beautiful, and the rooms were very clean, though a little small for three people. Breakfast was perfect. Staff were friendly, but service was a bit slow. Amazing hotel in Eskişehir, highly recommended!

Just days before our wedding, what should have been a restful, happy stay became exhausting and stressful. We left more tired than when we arrived. The air conditioning didn't work, the walls let through constant noise from the next room, and the whole place smelled of cigar smoke, so we got no sleep. We raised these problems with reception at least three times. Each time they just said they'd submit a request, with no follow-up, urgency, or solution. Staff and management were dismissive and tactless, with no empathy, apology, or effort to make things right. Hotels can have maintenance problems, but the way management handles them makes the difference. Here, the manager showed complete disregard for us and all our guests. I've never left a bad review before, but this was so terrible I feel I have to warn others. Eskisehir itself is wonderful and worth visiting, but choose another hotel. A terrible hotel manager can ruin what should be a memorable trip.
