Mavriya

The coffee was phenomenal, and there’s a great range of beers too. Our bungalow was roomy and comfortable, and the bathrooms were better than any I’ve come across at other hotels in Turkey. The staff were super friendly. You can walk to a public beach in just a few minutes, and it’s lovely around sunset on Bozcaada.

We only ate at the restaurant this time, so I can’t say much about the rooms, though they looked clean. The burger came highly recommended. We went for a relaxed evening, and the cocktails were pretty good, especially the pink Rayhan. It’s fresh, sweet, and a little sour, definitely worth trying if you’re nearby.

The food, breakfast, and cocktails were all fantastic, and we loved chatting with Mr. Aydın and his wife. The hotel is close to the sea and has its own sunbeds, and it’s a good option for families with children. We’d headed back to Istanbul after getting fed up with Bozcaada’s crowds and prices, but a friend told us to try Geyikli. Of the hotels we considered, this one stood out for its design, concept, and quality. Mr. Aydın looked after us from the moment we arrived and shared lovely stories and information about the region. Cleanliness mattered a lot to us, especially after our experience in Bozcaada, and we felt great staying here. It’s a dream of a place in Geyikli, and I’d recommend it to everyone. We had such a good four days and would love to return soon. The food was all delicious, especially the Mavriya Burger, octopus, soufflé, and Sunrise cocktail. Mr. Aydın and his team were warm and attentive. It’s become our regular choice when we want a peaceful, comfortable holiday.
