Channel Suites Apartment Hotel

The reception staff also had friends over late at night and played music so loudly that I had to go downstairs and ask them to stop. Noise was a problem in general: the walls are paper thin, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep through the busy street or your very considerate British neighbours starting their washing machine at 1 a.m.

We had a great stay in this cozy, comfortable apartment. It has a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, plus a washing machine, which is handy for a longer visit. The only issue was the towels: after using them twice, we noticed red stains. The hotel is also within walking distance of the bus station, a supermarket and public transport.

We booked for two weeks but only stayed two nights, then found an Airbnb that suited us better. When we asked for a partial refund for a week, they refused, so be aware that no refunds really means no refunds. The advertised family room was just a standard room with a couch that folds flat, which I wouldn't call a bed. This place is really only suitable for solo travelers or couples who are fine with a small space. Groups of three or more, friends who don't want to share a bed, and anyone looking for space, comfort or service should avoid it or book extra rooms.

The apartment was bright, clean and really cozy, with a balcony where I liked sitting in the evening with tea and fresh air. I stayed for a week and everything went smoothly. The owner was pleasant, arranged quick check-in and checkout, and was always reachable on WhatsApp. The cleaning lady was cheerful too. Migros is only a 2-3 minute walk away, the bus station about 10 minutes, and the city centre around 15. Thanks for a lovely stay in Fethiye, I'd recommend it!
