Liberty Signa - Ultra All Inclusive

Seeing Mr. Oktay again made our arrival at the hotel on July 23rd feel special. We’d met him before in Bodrum, where he was also the reservations manager, and this was our third completely unexpected meeting. It immediately reassured me that we’d chosen the right place. Oktay is exceptional, so responsive and incredible at his work. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable again. My family and I are so grateful. Liberty Signa is lucky to have someone like you, and I wish you all the best. The hotel itself was outstanding too. It’s huge, with many pools, restaurants, bars, leisure areas and a wide, beautiful beach. The rooms were new and amazing. We’ve stayed at lots of luxury hotels, or thought we had before coming here! We had wonderful meals at the Turkish restaurant, with attentive staff and some of the most delicious food I’ve ever eaten. The Italian restaurant had great food, served fresh and on time, and wonderful shows. The staff were kind and polite. The general restaurant was large, with plenty of fresh food and lots of variety, and we always found a free table. The waiters were kind and attentive to cleanliness and service. The pools were warm and clean, and pool service was fast and always available. The beach bars could be busy but service was still quick and attentive. Shows were near the beach, with lots of seats at the bar, and they were fun. We could always find a free table at the Irish bar and enjoyed the quality cocktails and atmosphere. Our room was cleaned almost every day, and the woman who cleaned it was very good and kind. My kids especially loved the Kids club, slides, pools and everything else. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something, because the hotel is so big and magnificent that it’s hard to describe it all. The hotel felt warm, peaceful and professionally run, and I liked that people could enjoy activities without disturbing guests looking for quiet. You could join in or settle in a calm corner, both worked well. The animation team brought friendly energy from the moment we arrived. During the day there were water games, volleyball, darts and sports events, so we were never bored, but nobody pressured us to take part or made disturbing noise. Every evening had a different show concept, prepared and presented professionally, with live acts, dance performances and quiet places to sit. I’d recommend Liberty Signa Hotel to anyone wanting both entertainment and relaxation.

I loved the mix of sea, pool and a relaxing atmosphere, which made for a peaceful break. The animation team brought plenty of energy and fun through the day, and the food gave us different delicious things to try daily. The comfort, cleanliness and facilities were all beyond my expectations. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and made me feel at home. Thanks to the Liberty Signa family for all their effort. I look forward to coming back soon!

Turkey delivers again. This was my third visit to three different resorts, and all have been excellent. I’ve travelled around a bit, but usually nowhere else comes close to the welcome you get here. Food, hygiene, friendly staff and entertainment were all strong, and they treat guests like Sultans her. The Kids Club was very friendly and open from 10:00-23:00, much better than the two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon in Egypt. The big pool and kids’ water slide were heated, which made swimming comfortable in late October. The temperature was 23-24°C, which felt pleasant. One important downside: the 38m2 rooms are much too small for more than two people staying a week. If you have kids, the sofa bed was quite hard. On the plus side, those rooms are in the quiet area. A suggestion for the hotel: the big pool was closed for cleaning two or three times in a week, which was really annoying. It would help if the slides could open then to keep kids entertained, since the pools on the higher level aren’t heated enough for comfortable late-October swimming.
