It’s a lovely, peaceful place, tucked below the Main Street so traffic noise doesn’t bother you. The grounds are clean and green, with trees all around, and the pool is large and clean too. The security guards were friendly.

There is no permit for daily rentals in this complex. Short-term rentals are prohibited under the 2024 Condominium Law. Some apartment owners rent illegally despite the law, and the complex management stops tenants from using shared areas and calls the police to file a report. Anyone considering a short-term rental should take this into account.
