We were on a tour and it was my first time at this hotel, so I don't know what the room cost. We had a rooftop room; it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were decent. I also liked having the coastal walking path close by.

The hotel has big rooms, but they're really outdated and need investment in renovation and upkeep, especially when it comes to HYGIENE. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and there was dust visible on the glass. Breakfast was so bad, and the dishes weren't clean. I couldn't eat there and went out to get breakfast instead. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If I could give less than one star, I would.

The moldy smell in my room made me feel sick every time I went in, and nobody was willing to do anything about it. On top of that, I had a horrible experience with racism. I heard plenty of racist comments from the hotel manager and coworkers. They seemed unfriendly and disrespectful toward LGBTQ+ people and people of color. My vacation was ruined. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The hotel itself is good, but the staff are rude and the service is really poor. The pool never worked, despite looking nice in the pictures, and there isn't proper storage, so things are kept in the corridors, which smell awful. Breakfast was below average, and we had a very poor experience eating there.
