Location is the only real advantage here. The room we found on arrival had a dirty floor, lots of hair on the bathroom floor, and some other dusty, hair-covered mess beside the bed. The balcony door wouldn't close all the way, and the attached video shows what our "city view" looked like. I'd picked the hotel because of its location and reviews saying it was stylish and clean. Reception couldn't move us to another room; they only offered to clean it in the morning. At least we were leaving then.

I booked one night, and the booking was easy. The place was clean, modern and really comfortable. Everyone was welcoming, from reception through to the restaurant staff. They were very helpful, and I really enjoyed the stay. I'll definitely come back.

The terrace was a real highlight, with a gorgeous 360° view of Fethiye that's even more magical at night. It stays open late, and the atmosphere works whether you're spending time with friends or looking for a quiet moment alone. The staff at Mada Palace Hotel made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. They took time to get to know us and sorted out what we needed right away. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and we tried dinner a couple of times too. The food was good quality and very affordable. We had a fantastic stay, and the warm, attentive staff were always ready to help. We'll definitely return to Fethiye and stay here again.

The views were magnificent, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Abdullah the chef kindly came over to ask how we liked the food. Special thanks to Shoh from Uzbekistan, who helped with our requests and checked that we were happy with everything.

The pool overlooking the harbour was stunning, and I loved the views from the 5th floor. Ayfer, the restaurant manager, was very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Mara Palace Hotel.
