Hotel Nazar Garden

I often stay nearby to visit family, and the loud music here goes on until very late. It carries a long way, so it’s hard to relax or sleep. I don’t know how the guests manage.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Turkey, maybe in my life. We arrived at night hoping to check in, but the reception man, possibly the manager, was impatient and rude for no clear reason. We wanted to look at the room before deciding whether to stay. He lost his temper and said we’d already seen the photos on the hotel app, so we could take the room or go elsewhere. When we insisted on seeing it first, he brought over two other men who seemed like thugs. They took our luggage out of the hotel and threatened us in Turkish. That’s no way to treat guests. The next day, the same manager came to remind us to check out early, which was ridiculous. This hotel was a huge disappointment, and I’d never recommend it.

The air conditioner made a tractor-like noise but wouldn’t cool the room. The pool wasn’t clean, there was no room service, and even after staff said they could help, they either didn’t provide what we wanted or we couldn’t reach them. The reception manager was very rude, too. The price may be lower, but the quality is worth nothing. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I’d never recommend it.

We wanted to see the room before paying, but the staff refused and treated us with hostility. They were impatient, unfriendly, and even pushed our luggage outside. If it hadn’t been the middle of the night, I’d definitely have chosen another hotel. This was easily my worst choice in Turkey, and I really don’t recommend staying here.
