Odyssey Residence

This is only about the restaurant. The staff were friendly and the place itself was pleasant, and most of the other things were good enough. But they didn’t always stick to the ingredients listed on the menu, including in a salad. I was also told grilled meat came with vegetables, but none arrived at first. When I asked, they brought some odd-looking marrow that seemed past its best. Not sure if I’d come back.

We booked a week for five people, but there wasn’t a bed for the fifth guest, and they then asked for another 300 lira per night. The room wasn’t clean, water was all over the place when we opened the kitchen sink, and there was no air conditioning. The owner’s attitude was awful when we arrived. Breakfast had nothing to eat, the coffee machine didn’t work, and whenever we asked the owner or staff about something, we heard they were waiting for a delivery. One person did help us a lot. I could write an essay, but I hope this helps others.

Our room, 303, was clean and had a view, and the price was good. The location was great too, with the beach only a two-minute walk away. If you’d rather not go to the beach, there’s a pool inside the residence. We had lots of fun and I really recommend it.

We were staying across the street, so this is just about the restaurant. It had recently opened for the season, and the service was right on point. The food was delicious and full of flavor, with very reasonable prices. Definitely worth the trip.
