The area can seem remote at first, and less luxurious than the rest of the beautiful city, but Villa is only 10 minutes from the beach, the main attraction, with plenty of nice restaurants and live music. I also liked the local feel, which made it feel like home. Some parts of the house are old and could use improvements, though that didn’t affect our experience. It was a wonderful place with everything we needed, and I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s a clean budget hotel with a good breakfast, though a little dated. Staff helped carry our bags up the stairs. It’s very close to the beach, with a few local shops and places to eat nearby. I’d suggest heading into town along the seafront. The stairs mean it’s not ideal for disabled guests.

Villa Truva is in a very quiet, safe-feeling neighborhood, and the beach is a lovely walk of less than 10 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants, stores, and supermarkets there too. The villa is clean, well organized, and can fit a couple of families at once. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, at-home stay, including a balcony with a barbecue outside. The owner was so nice, speaks very good English, and was happy to help us with everything. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks so much for hosting us! 😊🙏🙏 Highly recommended!

The bathroom smelled, the furniture was very old, and breakfast had very limited options. The place is okay if you’re on a tight budget. The pictures on Booking.com were a bit deceiving, it wasn’t as big or grand as it looked. It’s not right on the beach, but only about a minute away. We were there just one night, so it didn’t bother us much.

The shower was the worst part of the house. Other than that, this villa was big enough for six people, with three rooms, eight beds, a sofa bed downstairs, and two toilets. It’s near markets and about a 15 minute walk from çalış beach in Fethiye. I’d recommend it for groups of more than five.
