I had come from out of town on a spontaneous weekend trip, and they were quick to help me. My room, Samos, was amazing. It had a kitchen, bathroom, hot water, mini-fridge and working air conditioning, plus a washing machine and TV. There were plates and glasses, so you just need to bring your own food and drinks. Everything was hygienic, tidy and spotless, even the sheets, which smelled wonderful. When you walk in, there’s a lovely scent of white soap. We’d seen some really bad places that weren’t clean and didn’t have working air conditioning, so this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s a historic property, beautifully restored without losing its original character, and the owners are kind and helped however they could. We visited in winter, so didn’t spend time in the garden, though there’s a place to sit and relax. Waking up to the birds was one of my favorite things. It’s such a sweet place, and I felt completely at ease staying there 😊

The garden is full of greenery, trees, and colorful flowers, and the old Greek house has been restored into a spacious, spotless mansion. The rooms are named after Greek islands, and we're in Samos right now. We came to Foça for the first time and were completely charmed by its peaceful atmosphere. Yiğit Bey and his wife are cheerful, positive people who did everything they could to help us. Their daughter Hikaye is very sweet too 🧿. With our 3-month-old baby, we've had such a lovely, calm stay. It feels like home, and it's so clean you can choose it with a clear conscience. Thank you, Mi Amor Phokaia. We hope to return. Maybe if I’d actually gone to Samos, I wouldn’t have found this peace!

We loved our stay, and Mr. Yiğit's kindness and positive attitude from booking through checkout made it even better. The sheets and towels were spotless, which matters most to us on a holiday, and we had no cleanliness issues at all. We stayed in a 30-square-meter studio room, though I understand there are larger ones too. The guesthouse seems to have only four rooms in total, so it would be smart to book early for summer. This historic Greek house dates from the 1870s and is right in central Foça, with beautiful landscaping. Walking inside changed our mood, and for a moment it felt like we were holidaying on the Amalfi Coast in Italy rather than in our own beautiful country. Staying here on a trip to Old Foça is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the lush garden is a lovely, well-kept place to relax. The hotel is right in the center of Foça, so everything is within walking distance, which is a huge plus. Free access to the partner beach was a great perk too. Mr. Yiğit, the owner, was attentive and helpful with everything.
