We stayed for five days and were happy with the hotel. We’d come back again, and I think it deserves five stars. Thanks to everyone there, especially Mrs Umre.

The restaurant staff were very nice, but the hotel doesn’t feel suited to a four-star rating. The rooms were okay, though there was no AC, and they rarely spoke English. Getting laundry done also took a lot of follow-up.

8/10
The TV wasn’t working, but I still had a good experience overall. The rooms are clean and roomy, though they can feel a bit dark because of the light bulbs. The AC works properly, and the bathroom is mostly in good shape, with a few signs of age. It has a nice shower and a liquid soap dispenser, which was a welcome extra.

Breakfast had an amazing range of food, and I really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, the prices were very good, and the staff were friendly. Best hotel I’ve ever seen.

10/10
The Wi-Fi was really poor in the room, but the price was very reasonable for what was provided. Breakfast was included, with a good variety and Covid-19 measures observed. The rooms felt modern and clean, and reception was friendly and flexible. I appreciated being allowed to check in early at 10:00 in the morning without arranging it beforehand. Shops, malls, government buildings, and restaurants are all within a 10-15 minute walk.
