The bathroom was cramped, and showering left water spread across the floor. Even the sheets didn't stay put overnight, since they were too small and badly fitted, and the beds were uncomfortable. My husband and I dreaded returning to the room during our two-night stay at Katan hotel. It felt old, dirty, dark, and neglected. The red lights made it feel eerie, and I wondered if the darkness was meant to hide the room's condition. When I asked for more bulbs, staff told me to open the curtains, which wasn't an option for me because I wear a hijab. When we reported that the outlet wasn't working, they just suggested using another one. The room pretty much ruined our time in Gaziantep.

On my first trip overseas, I had a very bad experience here. They charged me more than my actual expenses, and when I showed this to the reception manager, he argued with me and wouldn't give the money back. The service was very poor. I suggest avoiding this hotel altogether.

The room was cramped, and one shower door was missing. Water from the shower ran down to the floor below, while the AC dripped onto the bed. The walls and floor weren't very clean. ...

We paid 190 TL for one night. It was cheaper than another hotel, but the place wasn't clean or comfortable.
