The staff were a big part of a memorable stay. Rabia at reception was so friendly and welcoming, and Yakup was incredibly helpful. We had a late departure and left our luggage at reception. When we came back for it, they even offered us a complimentary dinner, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was amazing, with an impressive range of delicious dishes and treats. Our room was very clean, new, cozy, and modern. The location is right in the center of Gaziantep, with everything in walking distance, the historical district’s major attractions nearby, and a bus stop just a few steps away. This hotel exceeded our expectations, a solid ten out of ten. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of museums, the bazaar, and other places. This is a small hotel in the center. The room is small but has everything you need, the bathroom is fine, and the linen and towels are clean. Breakfast is basic but included. Parking is on the street right in front of the entrance. I’d give it 7.5 out of 10. The staff don’t speak English, and the hotel needs renovation. When I booked by phone, they quoted 200 TL, but at checkout it turned out to be 300 TL.
