I booked two separate stays through Expedia around my surgery in Gebze on August 19th, one before and one after. I emailed 216 Suite Station in both Turkish and English more than 11 days ago to confirm the details and ask routine questions about prices and fees. There was no reply for a week, so I tried WhatsApp. They had clearly seen my message, but another five days went by without any response or acknowledgment. I contacted them politely and reasonably, yet got no basic courtesy in return. For a place claiming to offer quality accommodation, that lack of communication felt unprofessional and inexcusable. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. If reliability, communication, and being treated with respect matter to you, think carefully before booking. This left me with a very poor impression of the management and service at 216 Suite Station.

Mr. Ersin even upgraded my room for free, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were great, and both the rooms and the TV channels and furniture were impressive. This hotel changed how I think about hotels in Turkey. Everything felt top class, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Turkey.
