The cleanliness was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lukewarm during our one-night stay. Our small downstairs room wasn't warm enough, but they brought a heater straight away.

We were three people staying on September 6, 2025, and paid 19,000 for just one night. The bungalow was awful. The stairs up to the pool wobbled, and we were scared we might fall. There were two seats facing the pool that looked like they came from the trash. I can't imagine anyone sitting on them. The bathroom showerhead kept falling off, and the sink was clogged and close to overflowing. There weren't even blankets or spare sheets. Since the place has a pool, some of the garden was visible from the entrance, which felt like a privacy issue. At that price, breakfast wasn't even included. 😑

The location is wonderful, and everything you might need has been thought of. We could relax for days without being disturbed, and it's an ideal special getaway if you don't like crowds. The bungalows are very close together, though, so hearing what the neighbors were doing in their gardens got a bit annoying. I'd still want to come back.

We left today, but our thoughts are still back there. We had a really enjoyable two-night trip as a group, staying in two separate bungalows between October 22 and 23. The heated pool was especially nice, and we were able to check in as late as 10 pm. Since there were quite a few of us, they had plenty of duvets, sheets, and pillows ready. All our requests were handled nicely whenever we called. Even when we left, they thought of us and put together some things for the trip, like water and wet wipes. Everyone welcomed us with a smile and sent us off the same way. Thank you so much for everything. Hope to see you again. 🥰🥰🥰
