My room had bedbugs, despite the hotel's good points. After a few days there, I had red spots and felt really uncomfortable.

The service turned my rainy, rush-hour arrival in Giresun from a grumpy one into a happy one. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, close to everything. My room was spacious and clean, with very good AC and the most comfortable bed I've had so far on my three weeks traveling in Turkey. Breakfast was the best too: the fried eggs with cheese were sooo yummy, and the simit was soft. The breakfast hall has a nice view, a great way to start the day.

Right in central Giresun, this is the best budget hotel I've stayed at. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff friendly, and breakfast was good. There's free parking too. Special thanks to Meryem abla, Abdullah, and Mert.

The owner was very polite and helped me a lot. The hotel is super clean and right in the center, with a beautiful view of the Castle from the terrace. Highly recommend!
