Two Brother Otel&SPA

We only came for the spa, and neither of us was happy with it. The one bright spot was the central location. The pool was tiny and dirty, with construction debris in it, and sharp metal pieces under the wooden trim could cut your foot if you bumped into them. The scrub in the Turkish bath felt rushed and careless, and the woman doing it seemed indifferent. It wasn't worth the price. The bath water was only lukewarm; they said it was because the system ran on gas. We'd gone expecting to use the sauna and steam room too, but both were closed and had been turned into storage. We don't plan to return.

My wife and her friend came away disappointed. The hammam, massage, and head spa didn't match the quality or atmosphere shown on Instagram, and the service felt unprofessional. They didn't think it was worth the money. The insistence on paying in cash was especially striking and left a questionable impression. We felt we'd been ripped off, as the Turkish saying goes. I wouldn't recommend it.

I’ll come back to Giresun and stay here again, it’ll be my only choice. The location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant view was captivating, and the food was delicious. Levent personally sources the ingredients from the best local produce, and you can tell once you try the dishes. Sometimes there’s live music too, which makes the place feel elegant and special. The hotel is right in the center, so I could get around on foot without a car. I travel often for work and picked this hotel for my trip to Giresun. It was recently taken over by a couple, Levent and Esra, who seem committed to their work and open to criticism. Everyone greeted me with such friendly, positive energy from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Deniz Hanım at reception, who was always willing to help and had such a lovely smile. Thanks to everyone who made my stay a good one. If you decide to visit after reading this, send them my regards, maybe they'll give me a 10% discount. 😂 You can stay here with peace of mind.
