They speak about looking after students when they enroll, but once the students are no longer useful to them, they try to push them out. The dorm closes during holidays, which puts students in a difficult position. It feels like money is all they care about. I’d place students in a better-quality dorm.

Students can sign a contract and still find the dorm closed during holidays, leaving them in a difficult spot. This business doesn’t seem interested in quality service, just in getting students to come and pay. I’d keep it as a last resort.

Their actions don’t line up with what they say, and they seem not to care what students do. There’s no real service here, just a business, and I found the dorm terrible. Choose a better-quality place instead.

The manager and director are genuinely warm people. The dorm itself is clean, safe, and warm too.

A state-run guesthouse has opened, so this guesthouse is going to close.
