Portville 16 - 3BR

Alper was quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern, and even added a few thoughtful touches that made the week more enjoyable. I rented this house for a week recently, and it was a comfortable stay, with everything I needed. It was extremely clean and well maintained, too. PORTVILLE is beautiful, and the house was well placed for getting to the local beach and restaurants. I’d happily recommend it to anyone after a convenient, comfortable rental. Thanks to the owner for a great week!

We had a fantastic time here with the family, and the service from the owner was great. The garden is peaceful, the pool is lovely, and the shared spaces feel calm, with beautiful canal views. Such a wonderful residence. I’ve fallen for Gocek ❤️

The wall unit above the single bed came loose for no apparent reason. They fitted more rawl plugs, but it still didn’t feel safe enough for anyone to sleep there again. We were five adults in Portville 9 in June 2023. The first half of the stay was difficult because of problems with Alper and Batur over the internet being down, a broken safe, and light bulbs that wouldn’t work. The latter half was better, though we had to put up with those issues at first. The bathrooms need redecorating, there were only two sun loungers, and the kitchen wasn’t well equipped. It was okay overall.

We spent more than two months in Portville and had the best holiday EVER. Mr. Alper and Mr. Sahin were incredibly welcoming hosts who looked after every single thing we needed. The location is easily one of the best spots in the world. I’d recommend it 100%!!!
